Can I come and pick up my product at your store?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a storefront at the moment. All of our products are available exclusively online, and we ship them directly to you. But don’t worry—we make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely, so you can enjoy your lakeside apparel as soon as possible!
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes! If you want something a little more than requesting your special lake, we’d be more than happy to tailor a design. Whether it’s a specific product colour, or a quote, just reach out to us at info@lakeshoreoutfitters.ca and we’ll make it happen.
All additional customizations beyond lake requests are subject to a flat fee of $6.00.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Since all our products are made to order, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks for us to process, manufacture, ship your product and have it arrive to your doorstep. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more info.
How can I share my lake story with you?
We love hearing your lakeside memories! Share your stories, photos, and lake moments with us on social media—tag us, and you could be featured! We believe every lake has a story, and we want to help share yours.
What materials are used in your lake apparel?
We take pride in the quality of our lake apparel, that’s why we use 100% ethically grown cotton in most of our clothing. Deviations from this is usually cotton-polyester blend to maximize comfort and give you more colour options.
